A look back at our week.
Hi camper families,
Thank you so much for sharing your campers with us this week, we have had an amazing time.
Barnyard buddies spent the beginning of the week exploring our farm, learning how to interact with some of our farm animals: chickens, ponies, goats and bunnies. Everyday our barnyard buddies took a tractor ride around our farm to find the perfect lunch picnic spot.
Ms. Tabitha's Green group visits with Barney during morning chores.
Our Cooking and Climbing camp this week soared our tree line and cooked delicious treats this week. Campers had the opportunity to step just outside their comfort zones this week and push their own personal limits. From low ropes to conquering our zipline and high ropes challenge course, I am seeing them all stand a little taller and walk a little prouder as they accomplished big goals in the forest. Be prepared for a variety of tasty treats during our Friday pick up prepared first hand by our Bowers teen campers!!
Elementary and Farm Friend campers started their camp days with morning animal chores, and then explored a wide variety of animal activities from horse back riding, pony grooming, gaining an understanding of how bees effect our world in a positive way and of course the chickens!
Orange Pepper, Maren, shares proper chicken handling with barnyard buddies campers! Way to go Maren!
Thank you for sharing your campers with us this week. Have a wonderful school year and we will see you next year.
Ms. Lou!
