summer day camps

Registration 2022

Farm Members may begin online registration on Tuesday, Feb 15, 2022 at 8am.
You may become a member during this registration period. 

Non-members may begin to register on Monday, Feb 21, 2022 at 8am. 

  • Note: Members may only enroll their own children or those associated with their account. Members may not enroll another child who is not under their account such as a niece/nephew or friend’s child. 

  • Upon registration, you will need to complete the required health forms, per camper. We recommend having your camper(s) health insurance information handy as well as contact information for emergency contacts and approved adults to pick up your camper.

Registration Limit:

  • To allow a maximum number of children and families to participate, we kindly ask that you initially register a camper for no more than 4 sessions. 

  • After Mar 7, 2022, you may register your camper(s) for additional sessions, as available.  


Below is our tentative Summer 2022 Camp Schedule. Specific camps and dates are subject to change prior to registration. Updates will be indicated on this website.

Important Policies

Payment & Confirmation

  • Full payment with a credit card is due at the time of registration. 

  • Financial aid is available. See below. 

  • There are no discounts available. 

  • There are no prorated daily rates available.

Waitlist Policy

If a camp session is full, you can choose to be added to the waitlist. You may stay on a waitlist as long as you would like to. There is a required deposit of $10 to hold your spot on the waitlist and it is nonrefundable. The deposit cannot be transferred to another week or session of camp. 

If a registered spot opens up, you will be contacted via email or phone and have the opportunity to accept or decline the spot. You have 24 hours to respond beginning at the time we contact you, before we contact the next family. If you accept the camp session spot, you are responsible for paying the remaining camp tuition balance, less the $10 deposit.  

Registrants cannot remove themselves from a waitlist. If you wish to be removed from a waitlist, email Michelle.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

60 days or more prior to the first day of camp

Your tuition is fully refundable, less a $25 processing fee per camp and per child, if pertinent, provided that you submit a request to cancel a camp session(s) in writing no less than 60 days prior to the first day of the camp session(s). Refunds are issued to the credit card account that was used to purchase the reservation. 

59 days or less prior to the first day of camp

There are NO REFUNDS for cancellations made fewer than 60 days prior to the first day of the start of camp. There are NO REFUNDS or prorated rates for missed days of camp. Payments or registration(s) cannot be transferred or exchanged to another session of camp.
