Cowgirl Yoga

This week our adult riding school students began learning the practice of “Cowgirl/ cowboy Yoga”.

“Cowgirl/ cowboy Yoga” is about connecting focus, finding balance points, warming up muscles, opening

joints all while continuing to build that intimate connect with our horse. The goal is fostering a calm

connection and tapping into the benefits of our yoga practice through our relationship with the horse. It

produces a much more meaningful experience than just hopping on a horse.
