Composting Demonstrations for Hands-On Learners

This class aims to provide hands-on education for beginning and intermediate composters that would like to explore the various composting systems suitable for backyards and basements. We will jump on the tractor and have fun touring the various composting systems used at Bowes. Participants will engage in hands-on opportunities to learn about Bokashi Composting, Passive/Cold Composting, Thermophilic/Hot Composting and Vermicomposting.

Ages: 16 yr old through adult
