Pumpkin Fluff Recipe
It’s PSL time and sweater weather!
Ingredients
15 oz of cooked pumpkin puree
1 (3.4 oz ) package of vanilla instant pudding
1 Tub (8.0 oz) of non dairy topping
1 tsp of pumpkin spice
Preparation
1. Scoop out and measure the correct amount of cooked pumpkin.
2. Put the pumpkin into the food processor to finely puree it down.
3. Mix the pumpkin puree and the dry pudding mix together.
4. Mix in the pumpkin spice mix.
5. Mix in the cool whip/non dairy topping.
6. Chill the mixture in the fridge for 1 hour.
Tips for a Fall Experience:
Serve the pumpkin fluff in scooped out fresh pie pumpkin used as a bowl
Serve with a snack board of cinnamon graham crackers, gingersnaps, wafer cookies, chocolate bars, and marshmallows
Pair with warm or cold cider or an apple cider sangria
Eat by a fire pit, candle light, or bonfire
